If four tubular one-way throttle valves are installed respectively before the oil inlet circuit and oil outlet circuit enter the hydraulic cylinder, the lifting speed of the two actuators can be adjusted respectively by removing the one-way throttle valve of the branch circuit, and the lifting speed of the lifting platform can achieve the effect of same frequency resonance, So that the lifting platform can rise and fall smoothly in the working state.
